A limited amount of space will be available for exhibitors in the conference facilities on Thursday and Friday, 2-3 October. Because the space is not enclosed, all materials will need to be stored overnight. The deadline for reserving exhibit space is 15 September, but we encourage earlier reservations to ensure space.

Space is limited to ONE 6’ table per vendor/company/organization/individual.
All displays must be on poster boards that can be attached to or propped on the table. Materials may not be displayed on the walls.
The PRSA Conference Committee reserves the right to assign table space in order to avoid conflict of displays or products.
The PRSA Conference Committee reserves the right to adjust space due to traffic flow, safety, or other management reasons.
Vendors will supply their own sign for their table.
At the end of each day, vendor will need to put all materials away. The Centro does not have enclosed overnight storage space.
